Most products ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, in the case of an item being temporarily out of stock we will email you immediately to inform you of the situation. We can then either backorder the item for you or provide you with a full refund.

Shipping Costs Within the United States

Local Skateboard Shop.com offers two different shipping methods. UPS Ground is the most affordable and items are usually received within 4 - 5 days after shipping. UPS 2nd Day Air is for those customers making a last minute purchase for a birthday or Christmas present. It is more expensive by items will arrive in half the time. All items shipped by Local Skateboard Shop.com are automatically insured up to $100 for loss or damage. Once your items ship we will contact you via email with a tracking code which you can use to track your shipment at www.ups.com. Local Skateboard Shop does NOT "add-on" to shipping costs so you pay for shipping what it costs us, often less.

Returns & Refund Policy

Local Skateboard Shop.com does not accept any returns submitted more than 15 days after shipment of such products to customers. All products must be in new and unused condition to be eligable for a refund. Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and are net of shipping costs. Please contact Local Skateboard Shop.com prior to returning any products. Once you have please send all returns to the return address indicated on the packaging the product came to you in. Returns sent anywhere else will not be processed. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
